Principal Engineer, Technical Program Manager

Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional engineering programs in Silicon-Photonics and Laser light source platforms. Responsibilities include developing and managing program schedules, budgets, and resource plans; defining project requirements and milestones; creating phase-gate development paths toward high-volume manufacturing; identifying and managing risks and dependencies; providing regular status updates to senior management; fostering collaboration and continuous improvement; ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures; coordinating with product management and marketing for successful product launches and customer adoption; and providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
