Principal Engineer, Technical Program Manager

Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for Silicon-Photonics and Laser light source Platforms. Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, define project requirements, and establish phase gates from development through high-volume manufacturing. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify risks, monitor progress, and provide status updates to senior management. Lead product launches by working with product and marketing teams, while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering organization. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
