Job Summary
Lead principal engineering efforts for the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, including architecting and delivering end-to-end features across on-prem and cloud environments. Drive core engineering activities for the on-premise connector system, own the agile lifecycle from architecture to production care and customer feedback, and build enterprise-scale applications in hybrid cloud/SaaS (AWS preferred) and on-prem settings. Utilize modern AI tools to guide design and accelerate delivery, champion clean architecture, scalable design, rigorous testing, and high performance, while collaborating across teams to solve real-world cybersecurity challenges.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Node.js, Ruby, Java, or C#
- Strong hands-on in JavaScript and TypeScript
- 2-3+ years building enterprise-scale apps in cloud/SaaS (AWS preferred)
- 2+ years managing on-premise environments
- Experience leveraging AI tools to lead and accelerate feature delivery
- Solid understanding of software security and networking fundamentals
