Job Summary
Lead the P&C design team in delivering project and proposal activities for international T&D, Renewable, and BESS substation projects, with a strong focus on UK-based engagements. Plan, allocate, and oversee daily tasks to ensure engineering outputs meet On-Time Delivery targets and comply with internal and external quality standards. Review designs, mentor junior engineers, resolve technical issues, and contribute individually to key project deliverables while applying deep technical expertise and established engineering methodologies. Ensure cost-effective execution aligned with contract specifications, safety requirements, and agreed project timelines across moderate-scale assignments to major work packages.
