Job Summary
Design scalable, secure backend platforms for LLM inference, RAG pipelines, and agent-based orchestration while defining frontend architecture for AI-native applications. Lead technical discovery and solutioning for high-impact initiatives, collaborating with product and design leaders to translate strategic objectives into durable technical architectures. Drive the integration of AI/ML capabilities into products using market-trending libraries, optimize existing models for performance, and establish engineering standards for prompt design and observability. Troubleshoot complex AI model implementations, carry out POCs to validate suggested technologies, and ensure enterprise readiness regarding security, privacy, and responsible AI practices. Map decisions to requirements, unblock teams on technical challenges, and define reusable components and SDKs used across multiple teams.
Required Qualifications
- Total experience 11+ years
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- strong depth in Python
- modern frontend frameworks (React)
- proven experience architecting and delivering production-grade Generative AI applications at scale
- ability to drive backend deployment, security reviews, and QA pipelines
- ability to coordinate integration of RAG APIs and vector DB pipelines
- ability to work on integrating cloud with AI algorithms and On premises AI algorithms
- ability to optimize existing AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency
- ability to develop and maintain AI pipelines, including data pre-processing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation
- ability to drive the team to build AI products and solutions
- working in an agile methodology
- Manage delivery across pods building scalable AI and API services
- deep understanding of LLM integration patterns, RAG systems, and AI-driven UX design
- experience in Datarobot for architecting and building GenAI Solutions, RAG Agents and Deployment
- experience defining technical strategy and influencing architecture across teams or pods
- hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems
- strong grasp of security, privacy, and governance considerations for enterprise AI
- ability to translate ambiguous business problems into durable technical architectures
- excellent communication skills
- ability to influence senior stakeholders and technical leadership
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
