Job Summary
Senior Principal Engineer, Projects responsible for technical leadership across development, construction and commissioning of large-scale renewable energy projects in Australia. Provides independent technical reviews of designs, performance modelling, layouts, equipment selection and design decisions to meet standards and contractual requirements; supports technical sign-off to senior management; contributes to development and construction engineering, RFQs/EPC/O&M specifications, site inspections and commissioning; manages technical risk, compliance, and standards adherence; mentors project engineers and collaborates with EPC contractors, OEMs, and network service providers; drives continuous improvement of engineering processes, templates and standards; engaged in stakeholder engagement and technical interface across internal teams and external partners. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in project engineering within renewable energy or large infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience providing senior technical review and assurance across project lifecycles.
