Job Summary
Experienced Project Manager/Principal Engineer responsible for leading end-to-end IT project delivery for hotel business systems in Greater China. Oversees full lifecycle of enterprise hotel solutions (PMS, POS, CRM, Loyalty, back-office) including planning, execution, risk management, vendor coordination, and post-go-live support. Acts as liaison between global product teams, engineering, QA, DevOps, hotel operations, and external vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with global standards and regional guest experience goals. Demonstrates expertise in both waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies, stakeholder management, change control, data security/compliance (PCI DSS), and delivery of multi-system integrations (PMS/POS/CRM/ERP) with UAT, user training and continuous improvement. Proficient with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint; strong communication in English and Mandarin.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- 5+ years working experience as IT Project Manager
- solid experience in enterprise software project delivery
- experience in hotel/hospitality/travel IT projects preferred
- familiar with hotel core business systems (PMS, POS, CRM, loyalty, back-office) highly preferred
- hands-on experience with system implementation, upgrade, migration and integration for large enterprises
- solid mastery of waterfall and Agile/Scrum project management methodologies
- proficient with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint)
- strong scope management, schedule control, risk management, issue resolution
- familiar with IT delivery lifecycle, system integration, UAT and enterprise rollout procedures
- deep understanding of IT security, data compliance in multinational companies
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
