Job Summary
Lead a global, multi-disciplinary team to research and develop aircraft interior product designs (galley modifications, trims, finishes, cabin reconfigurations) and be accountable to stakeholders for in-service modification concepts and regulatory compliance. Own engineering requirements from customer specs to release of verified artifacts; conduct design reviews; mentor and coach engineers; manage technical documentation and signatories; drive program performance via KPIs and risk/opportunity management; build customer relationships and act as a technical interface across internal/external teams; role based in Leighton Buzzard with on-site presence required as needed and occasional remote work within a flexible workweek.
Required Qualifications
- Ideally have at least 5 years’ experience in a technical role
- Engineering experience is essential
