Job Summary
Lead cross-functional technical team to deliver material and component cost reduction, supply resilience, and margin improvement through technical analyses, alternate sourcing, and value engineering across ITP sites; partner with Procurement, R&D, Quality, Operations and Suppliers to identify, validate, and implement cost optimization opportunities while maintaining product performance and regulatory compliance; perform should-cost, clean-sheet, and teardown analyses; manage project planning, schedules, and core-team coordination; support change control, validation, and implementation (e.g., cut-in planning); facilitate Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, and cost optimization events; requires 5+ years engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree and willingness to travel.

- Minimum 5 years of experience
