Job Summary
Lead observability and reliability efforts for Marketing Technology platforms, defining strategy and standards for end-to-end monitoring across distributed data systems, ETL pipelines, and data movement. Drive adoption of tools such as Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry; build dashboards and dashboards for data flow health, latency, throughput, and error tracking; instrument ETL pipelines and APIs; lead incident response and root cause analysis; partner with data engineering to embed observability into ETL frameworks (Airflow, Informatica); manage change and vendor coordination; promote automation and continuous improvement of monitoring, alerting, and SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs). On-site at CHARLOTTE, IRVING, CHANDLER, and CONCORD in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years designing and implementing observability solutions (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
- 3+ years of experience with cloud and container platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
