Job Summary
Lead the design and development of scalable, resilient application architectures and drive technical decisions for engineering teams. Architect and implement microservices and event-driven solutions while promoting Domain-Driven Design principles across projects. Oversee cloud-based solutions on Azure and containerized environments, ensuring high availability, performance, reliability, and system observability. Mentor engineering teams, foster technical growth, and analyze complex problems to propose innovative solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and contribute to continuous improvement of modern engineering practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
- More than 12 years of experience in application development
- More than 6 years of experience in technical leadership of application solutions
- Experience with microservices architectures, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, and cloud platforms (Azure and GCP), as well as containers (Docker, Kubernetes), high availability, resilience, and monitoring
- Experience in projects involving a wide range of technologies and tools
- Knowledge of and experience with agile methodologies
- Understanding of and familiarity with distributed environments
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to analyze complex information
- Creativity
