Job Summary
Provide end-to-end project management for IP on custom processors within Marvell CCS. Align IP needs of the Business Unit with current and future IP offerings from internal and external sources, including collaboration with internal stakeholders and data/models to drive decisions. Facilitate on-time licensing and acquisition of IPs and associated collateral. Confirm that IP validation plans and reports comply with qualification and customer requirements. Drive IP portion of reviews and checkpoints to ensure IP quality and delivery during the product lifecycle. Conduct IP issue analysis and resolution; lead quality-related initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Requires advanced degree and multi-year semiconductor program management experience with strong cross-functional, communication, and leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields
- 5-10 years of related professional experience or Master’s degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 3-5 years of experience or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a formal degree
- Minimum of 5 years in semiconductor industry program management or related role
- Proven leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- Outstanding cross-functional management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Advanced skills in risk identification, analysis, and problem-solving
