Job Summary
Manage overall delivery and support processes for IBM z/OS infrastructure, including configuring, installing, maintaining, and problem-solving systems while leading strategic projects for optimization and modernization. Develop technical roadmaps, define governance frameworks, and implement security and disaster recovery strategies to ensure mission-critical availability. Automate operations using modern tools like Zowe and z/OSMF, conduct proofs of concept for senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement based on measurable KPIs. Report on service metrics and operational risks to support infrastructure modernization and application integration initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with IT solutions
