Job Summary
Design, architect, and lead implementation of the platform while writing high-quality, maintainable code across the full stack with a focus on AI/ML pipelines and RAG functionality. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the growing engineering team, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Collaborate with product and business teams to define requirements and map them to technical choices, driving continuous improvement of engineering processes including code reviews and testing. This role requires 8+ years of experience in full-stack and AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of architecting complex systems and integrating AI/ML services via APIs. The position offers high autonomy, direct customer access, and a competitive salary and equity package in a remote-friendly environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack web development
- at least 3+ years focussed on AI/ML engineering
- Proven track record of architecting complex systems
- Extensive experience integrating AI/ML services via APIs
- Deep understanding of large language model APIs
