Job Summary
The Principal Engineer for HBM Design-Technology Enablement at Micron will partner with Design, Technology Development, and Product teams to define and deliver self-consistent design/product, technology, and packaging roadmaps for HBM. Responsibilities include translating challenges related to power, performance, reliability, variability, and manufacturability into technology and test vehicle requirements, participating in multi-functional technical reviews, and acting as a technical contributor and mentor within the HIG-HBM organization. This role offers an opportunity to influence the high-performance semiconductor industry and contribute to innovative memory and storage solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HBM design and technology development
- Knowledge of scaling challenges including power, performance, reliability, variability, and manufacturability
- Ability to contribute and mentor within a technical organization
- Experience in multi-functional technical reviews and forums
