Job Summary
Prepare technical proposals and tender deliverables for project bidding. Act as the professional lead for assigned projects, owning technical direction and deliverable quality while ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. Develop project work plans, allocate resources, and coordinate daily design tasks to meet schedule and delivery targets. Mentor junior engineers, resolve key technical challenges, and manage verification, filing, and backups of all deliverables. This role supports team building and daily management of the geotechnical department within Enterprise Capabilities, a global workshare team delivering specialist services across nine countries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Geotechnical Engineering, Underground Structures, or other civil engineering-related fields
- 5–8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering projects
- Strong conceptual design capability
- Excellent technical and communication skills
- experience in large-scale geotechnical engineering design and management
- Proficient in PLAXIS, Midas GTS, SAP2000, CAD, and Microsoft Office
- Strong ownership
- excellent organisational skills

- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
