Job Summary
Lead technical support, resource, and financial management for flood modelling projects while independently delivering hydraulic and flood risk studies using industry-standard software such as Flood Modeller Pro, Tuflow, Estry, and HEC-RAS. Provide detailed technical analysis, support junior colleagues, and manage major flood alleviation schemes and highway infrastructure projects requiring GIS-based tools. Ensure accurate and efficient project delivery for internal and external clients across the UK Water industry. This role involves mentoring staff and adhering to relevant legislation within the Water Team.
