Principal Engineer - Facade

Provide technical leadership on building envelope design, construction methodology, materials selection, and performance requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop façade engineers, graduates, and technicians while planning team resources, workload allocation, and project assignments. Prepare and review fee proposals, resource estimates, project plans, and change requests. Participate in design meetings to present scheme calculations and sketches, conduct research on cladding materials, and prepare design reports for concept, scheme, and detail stages. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, environmental engineers, fire engineers, acousticians, and contractors, and participate in site inspections to write and review reports.
