Job Summary
Lead the design and evolution of large-scale distributed systems, specifically strengthening provisioning and Managed Service Provider (MSP) platform capabilities. Provide critical architectural leadership for partner enablement and product expansion initiatives, including the Managed Service License Agreement and Subscription Trials Console. Drive platform scalability to support the global partner ecosystem while championing the integration of AI-driven development workflows and automated tooling. Review design and code across front-end tech stacks and back-end microservices for architectural compliance. Mentor engineers on leveraging AI to solve complex scalability challenges and adopt efficient development methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of professional experience in using languages like in GoLang/Java/python
- Proven experience in designing microservices and event driven architecture
- Experience with high-throughput messaging technologies and patterns - Apache Kafka and related technologies
- Experience working with a variety of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL including columnar, document-oriented, Redis and Cassandra
- Experience with application containers and runtimes such as Docker and Docker Engine as well as deploying/running them using a container orchestration platform such as Kubernetes
- Experience with Amazon AWS,EKS, GKE etc
- Experience developing, testing, and deploying to public cloud infrastructures such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum-inspired delivery methodology
- Proficiency in AI-driven development, enabling the team to adopt AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and intelligent system design patterns
- B.Tech /B.E with Computer Science or equivalent
- 15+ years of professional experience in developing SW products and large platforms
- Leading and mentoring and the engineers on the technical aspects
Desired Qualifications
- Golang is most preferred
- Experience working with a variety of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL including columnar, document-oriented, Redis and Cassandra a plus
- Experience/knowledge of front end tech stack/frameworks are desirable
- Ability to communicate clearly and summarize information to others concisely
