Job Summary
Principal Engineer with a track record of leading turn-key environmental remediation and site development projects, building and maintaining client relations, guiding multi-state regulatory engagements (RCRA, CERCLA, UST), and mentoring technical teams to deliver high-quality environmental solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, timelines, and resources; serving as the face of the brand at industry events and client meetings; expanding the client base through collaboration with business development; and delivering technical excellence across Phase I & II ESAs, remedial action planning, and turnkey site redevelopment. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred), PE licensure, and 17+ years of environmental consulting experience, plus strong communication and leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental or related engineering field
- Professional licensure (PE) required
- 17+ years of environmental consulting experience
- Proven success in client-facing roles and leading large, complex projects
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations across industrial, energy, agricultural, or commercial sectors
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
