Job Summary
Lead design and deployment of agentic AI solutions with emphasis on prompt engineering and autonomous agents; provide technical leadership and hands-on development, including code reviews and prototype workflows; establish AI governance, align AI initiatives with business goals, and manage the AI technology portfolio and cloud-native deployment to enable scalable, reliable agentic AI systems.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in AI system design and development with a focus on scalable agentic AI systems and prompt engineering
- Deep understanding of AI development methodologies, including agentic architectures, LLMs, multi-agent systems, and event-driven AI
- Proficiency in evaluating and selecting AI technologies and platforms, with expertise in prompt optimization and agent orchestration
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels on AI topics
- Leadership abilities including mentoring, coaching, and influencing cross-functional teams in AI and prompt engineering
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for complex AI problems, debugging agentic behaviors, and developing prompt-based solutions
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, AI ethics, and data privacy standards and best practices
- Experience with AI development tools (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Draw.io, Miro)
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python) and experience with LLMs (GPT, Llama), cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI), vector databases (Pinecone) and middleware for agentic systems
