The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong technical expertise, and the ability to balance cost, schedule, and performance while aligning with customer and clinical needs. Travel is expected (20-30%).
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, science, or closely related discipline is desired, or equivalent technical experience
- 8+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience
- Has demonstrated competency within a discipline
- Technical background in health care, medical devices, pharmaceutical, biologics, or similar industries (preferred)
