Principal Engineer, Analog Design Engineering

Job Summary
Architect, design, and validate high-performance power-management circuits, including switching regulators, LDOs, and charge pumps, while developing closed-loop control architectures with loop-stability optimization. Lead power block bring-up, silicon debug, and optimization to achieve best-in-class performance across process, voltage, and temperature variations. Conduct technical presentations to internal engineering teams and customers, and collaborate with system architects to define end-to-end power architectures for next-generation PMICs in portable consumer applications. This role includes supervisory and mentoring responsibilities within the Consumer Business Unit at Analog Devices, Inc. in Singapore.
Required Qualifications
- MSEE or Ph.D EE degree
- Minimum 10 years' experience as an analog/mixed signal IC designer
- Deep and demonstrable expertise in power-management circuit design, including switching regulators, LDOs, charge pumps, and associated control-loop architectures
- Strong people leadership, inter-personal, teamwork and communication skills
- Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time
- Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days
Desired Qualifications
- Design experience with circuits such as amplifiers, DACs, ADCs, bandgaps, bias circuits, etc.
