Job Summary
Principal Engineer (AI Engineer Lead) responsible for applying and integrating advanced statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling and business analysis capabilities within the AI function. Develops leading-edge theories, techniques, and technologies; collaborates and publishes research to advance the AI community; supports strategic data-analysis initiatives and utilization of data sets. Requires a highly quantitative background with extensive experience, and offers a hybrid work model with 1-2 days in-office per week at two Pulse Point locations, with alternate locations considered within commuting distance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in a quantitative field or configuration management alternative
Desired Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and Multi-Agent systems (Agents, Multi-Agent reasoning and architecture)

- Ability to develop and publish research in AI, collaborate with teams, and contribute to peer-reviewed venues
