Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Acoustics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in audio industry / automotive / product development.
- Advanced knowledge in transducer design, DSP, audio amplifiers, and psychoacoustics.
- Expert in definition and parametrization of complex automotive products through best practices and management of internal and external requirements.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in research and development demonstrated through a proven track record of publications in relevant top-tier journals/conferences, patents or patent applications, or new and innovative products.
- Excellent presentation skills with an ability to explain complex technical topics for a variety of audiences with different expertise levels.
Additional Requirements
- Be willing to travel 50% or more (depending on business needs) internationally and domestically.
- Be willing to work in an office in Nagoya/Tokyo, offices in Japan.
- Driver’s license required.
- Successfully complete a background investigation/Aptitude Test as a condition of employment.
