Principal Engagement Manager

Job Summary
Own and continuously improve the IT Engagement Model, including demand governance, prioritization, and clear roles and responsibilities across business and IT. Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders while establishing governance forums, operating models, and clear accountabilities. Align business priorities with Project Management and Tech & Solutions teams to ensure successful transitions from projects into sustainable operations. Drive governance, stakeholder engagement, and operating models that translate business priorities into scalable application solutions within the Enterprise Business Applications team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT business engagement, governance, stakeholder management, or similar roles
- Experience serving as a business-facing contact for enterprise applications or IT services
- Strong understanding of governance structures and operating models
- Proven ability to collaborate across business and IT in a global environment
- Professional fluency in English
