Job Summary
Draft and deliver effective stakeholder engagement strategies for major UK infrastructure projects across water, health, energy, and environmental sectors. Manage public consultation activities by writing accessible communications, organizing events, running surveys, and developing virtual consultation rooms, posters, and public-facing maps. Present interpreted data and feedback to help projects develop responsibly while managing timelines, budgets, and resources for clients. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure engagement activities meet client needs and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Degree‐qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience delivering communications and stakeholder engagement on complex infrastructure projects
- relevant experience in communications, engagement, or a related advisory role
- Proven stakeholder management experience across clients and partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including reports and engagement materials
- Well‐organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience delivering communications and stakeholder engagement on complex infrastructure projects, ideally within a consultancy environment
- Sector experience in transport, utilities, water, environment, or energy
- Membership of a relevant professional body
