Job Summary
Back-office Principal Endur Business Systems Analyst focusing on Endur back-office modules (Accounting Desktop, DMS, Confirms and Settlement Desktop) to optimize settlements, accounting, and post-trade operations; configure Endur to meet back-office needs; monitor trading activity and develop Endur reports; collaborate with IT and stakeholders to ensure compliance and end-to-end processes; provide Endur insights for settlements team and train end users; strong Endur experience in utilities trading, risk management, and post-trade operations; 8+ years in back-office within utilities trading; familiarity with Trading Explorer, Credit/Risk Manager, Market Explorer, and eConfirms; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; relocate support provided; technical leadership responsibilities include guiding system architecture and mentoring engineers.
