Job Summary
Enablement Lead for Neurocrine's Technology & Enablement (TEA) function to own and drive adoption of AI-powered enterprise training programs. Lead identification, prioritization, and execution of high-impact AI/automation/digital technology use cases, translate complex business requirements into scalable, value-driven solutions, and shape enablement roadmaps. Design and implement intelligent workflows leveraging enterprise technologies, AI, and automation. Collaborate with AI Champions, IT Business Partners, HR Change Management, TEA Training Lead, and other teams. Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies to promote adoption; lead enterprise workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions; monitor adoption metrics and user feedback to refine strategies. Maintain documentation of use cases, best practices, and success stories; support TEA activities such as gamification, trainings, and office hours; serve as IT communications lead across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in enablement, program management, communications, or related roles; 10+ years of overall experience
