Job Summary
Lead the design and development of complex engineering projects, providing expert technical guidance to multidisciplinary teams of MEP engineers. Prepare detailed drawings, calculations, and reports while conducting quality control reviews at key milestones to ensure regulatory compliance and technical precision. Serve as the primary subject matter expert, resolving complex design challenges and overseeing construction administration tasks including submittal reviews and site visits. Provide mentorship to junior engineers and collaborate with architects and contractors to integrate engineering systems seamlessly. Participate in client meetings and offer strategic input on business development proposals. Maintain current knowledge of industry advancements and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering from ABET-accredited university
- 10-15 years of experience in Electrical engineering design and project management
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills for guiding junior engineers and project teams
- Ability to lead large-scale engineering projects and provide expert-level technical guidance
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholder

- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
