Job Summary
Principal Electrical Engineer responsible for development and optimization of printed circuit boards, collaborating with RF, mechanical, and software engineers to bring next-generation medical devices to life. Tackle system-level issues through integration, troubleshooting, and debugging; ensure compliance with medical device standards in highly regulated environments; apply low-power circuit design, analog ICs, and embedded systems knowledge to create cutting-edge solutions. Leverage Cadence Suite, PSPICE, and Altium for design optimization and validation; utilize oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers for hands-on debugging; develop automated electrical tests using C, C++, or C#.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 8-15 years of experience in electrical circuit design, encompassing system bring-up, integration, and debug
- Proficient in Altium for board layout and schematic capture
- Proven track record in highly regulated industries like medical devices, aerospace, or automotive
- Strong understanding of low-power circuit design, analog ICs, and embedded systems
- Familiarity with simulation tools like Cadence Suite and PSPICE
- Hands-on experience with debugging equipment
