Job Summary
Production Hardware Team Lead on a missile production program. Provide technical oversight and mentorship to up to 8 engineers, coordinating with IPTL and cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Quality) to resolve issues during production, testing, and integration. Requires expertise in RF, analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design/analysis, and experience with RCCA and manufacturing techniques. Must lead investigations, apply root-cause analysis, and communicate results. Proficient with lab test equipment and post-processing software; familiarity with software/firmware languages (Python, C, Java, VHDL/Verilog) and systems thinking. Role is onsite in Tucson, AZ; DoD Secret security clearance required; Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience; relocation eligible. Salary range is $107,500 to $204,500 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree
- minimum of 8 years’ prior relevant experience
- Experience with RF, analog, digital, mixed signal circuit design/analysis, or digital signal processing
- Proficiency with lab test equipment and post-processing software
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams
- U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility (DoD Secret)
