Principal - eCOA Consulting Services - Multiple Locations, Hybrid/Home-based

Job Summary
Drive commercial growth and lead high-quality delivery of eCOA implementation services in clinical studies by owning the end-to-end lifecycle from opportunity identification through study execution. Develop and deliver value-added solutions addressing complex client issues while serving as a senior representative in client discussions, bid defenses, and proposal responses. Oversee delivery teams, articulate differentiated service value, and provide intellectual leadership to clients and junior members. Lead ad hoc work streams on recruitment and learning development, shape team methodology, and identify opportunities for expanding service offerings. Contribute to portfolio evolution and selected thought leadership initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- An advanced degree in a relevant discipline e.g., biological sciences, public health, epidemiology, psychology, sociology, health economics
- Strong hands-on experience with eCOA implementation, eCOA platform ecosystems, or adjacent COA science and strategy roles, with the ability to critically assess and advise on eCOA approaches
- At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare consulting with evidence of career progression
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing client/project revenue, leadership and people development
- Ability to rapidly understand new scientific content and to engage meaningfully with clients and project teams
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, external conference presentations, workshop facilitation, business and report writing
- An entrepreneurial nature and interest in developing new client offerings and solutions and in building the capability to deliver the same
- Fluent conversational and business English (written and oral)
- Right to work in the recruiting country
