Job Summary
Own the vision and roadmap for the Hosting Product Group, encompassing cloud, compute, storage, and mainframe products, while defining strategy and managing annual commitments for approximately 20 products. Conduct market and user research to identify trends, then collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform architectural decisions and drive delivery acceleration through capability reuse. Drive alignment on strategic intent across teams, monitor product KPIs, and manage budgets including vendor contracts and labor costs. Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders, engage in strategic vendor management, and mature product practices, ways of working, and team behaviors to ensure readiness for the digital future-state.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience conducting product scoping, discovery, framing, and backlog ownership for digital products
- A minimum of 5 years' experience coaching and leading global teams
- Demonstrated experience applying Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in a product delivery environment
- Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, or similar to managing requirements, backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery outcomes
- Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycles
- Demonstrated understanding of human-centered design principles
- Demonstrated understanding of UX/UI design practices
- Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data
- Proven ability to use insights, metrics, and customer feedback to inform product decisions, prioritization, and performance optimization
Desired Qualifications
- 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience managing or influencing product strategy for enterprise infrastructure platforms, including cloud, compute, storage, and hosting
- Strong understanding of public cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation practices utilizing technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, GitOps, or similar platforms
- Direct experience with Linux (RHEL), Windows, compute, storage, database, or mainframe platforms
