Job Summary
Lead end-to-end Marketing Digital Architecture by defining scalable frameworks for analytics, attribution, and cross-channel orchestration. Establish Customer 360 and identity resolution capabilities to power personalization across the digital ecosystem. Architect real-time activation pipelines and integrate MarTech and AdTech components including CDP, CRM, and DSP platforms. Develop analytical data models and expand cloud data platforms to support large-scale marketing datasets while embedding privacy and consent management. Apply ML and AI techniques for predictive targeting, churn prediction, and budget optimization. Drive security governance and partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver enterprise-scale digital capabilities. Requires 8+ years in data solution architecture with proficiency in Google Cloud, BigQuery, Snowflake, and Hightouch. Full-time onsite role in Chicago, Peoria, or Dallas; 25% domestic travel required.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in data solution architecture, digital platforms, marketing technology, analytics, or customer data solutions
- Proficiency with MarTech and AdTech platforms: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Campaign Manager 360, Google Cloud Platform
- Experience in Hightouch and Data Platforms including BigQuery, Snowflake
- Ability to design end-to-end digital ecosystems that align technology with business strategy
- Strong understanding of TOGAF, Zachman, or domain-driven design
- Strong demonstrated experience delivering component, product, and/or enterprise architecture in public cloud and/or hybrid ecosystems
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, profiling and optimization, and data modeling techniques
- Understanding of Agile SDLC implementation in public cloud ecosystems, including environment management, test automation, peer review, CI/CD, and resource optimization
- This position requires the candidate to be in Chicago, IL, Peoria, IL or Dallas, TX
- This position will require up to 25% domestic travel
- This position requires working onsite five days a week
