Job Summary
Build robust CI/CD workflows and implement Infrastructure as Code using Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes to automate full-lifecycle tasks. Provision, manage, and scale infrastructure on AWS while driving architectural design and integration solutions across the organization. Mentor team members and establish engineering best practices for a new AI-driven platform serving life sciences customers.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps roles, emphasizing tooling, automation, and distributed systems
- Proven track record as a strong mentor dedicated to developing team capabilities
- Extensive experience designing and programming applications in AWS
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Deep expertise with containerization, serverless architectures, and orchestrators (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Proficient in Python, as well as statically typed languages like Java, Scala, or Go
- Hands-on experience setting up and managing CI pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, Codefresh)
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability frameworks to track system health and performance
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills, with experience in proposals, estimation, and documentation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, and design
