Job Summary
Senior DevOps Engineer leading automation, CI/CD, IaC, and AI-enabled DevOps across product teams. Role centers on automation, reliability, security, developer productivity, and AI-assisted engineering; hands-on with creating reusable CI/CD pipelines, trunk-based development, Infrastructure as Code, and platform accelerators. Focus areas include Azure/AWS cloud platforms, DevSecOps, observability, release planning, post-release reviews, and mentoring engineers. Technologies include Azure DevOps (YAML & Classic), GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), Docker, PowerShell, Bash, and AI-enabled tooling for intelligent pipeline analysis and automated root-cause review.
Required Qualifications
- 14+ years in product / SaaS engineering environments
- Proven experience building and scaling DevOps capabilities
- Strong systems thinking across speed, reliability, security, and cost
- Ability to influence senior engineers and leaders without formal authority
