Principal Designer, TIDAL

Principal Product Designer to set the long-term product vision and design strategy across TIDAL’s product and brand ecosystem. You will lead complex, ambiguous initiatives end-to-end—from exploration to shipped experiences—partnering with Product, Engineering, and ML/AI leadership to shape roadmaps and elevate craft. Define design systems and standards at scale, mentor designers, and identify new opportunities for the business. Fluency with AI and new technologies, a passion for music and the creative economy, and the ability to operate on a small, fast-moving team are essential.
