Job Summary
Own and develop product and service design disciplines at individual and organizational levels across Applied AI. Deliver high-leverage, billable client engagements by anchoring project deliverables and shaping work for executive-level stakeholders. Build influential relationships with client leadership teams to drive meaningful outcomes and partner with business development to structure multidisciplinary teams. Define comprehensive skill frameworks to inform talent acquisition and team development while advocating for human-centred design integration into AI-driven products. Balance hands-on strategic project delivery with long-term capability building and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- proven leadership experience shaping design capabilities and building highly effective teams in dynamic environments
- strong consulting craft and client-facing confidence, capable of framing complex problems and navigating enterprise contexts
- deep expertise in product or service design, with a strong emphasis on user experience, product architecture, and human-centred solutions
- thoughtful, pragmatic perspective on data and AI-powered products, including how modern tools enhance the design process
- entrepreneurial mindset, driven to articulate and champion the commercial value of design to diverse stakeholders
- ability to balance hands-on strategic project delivery with long-term capability building and team mentorship
