Job Summary
Lead planning and test execution for multiple design verification tests within the Advanced Hypersonic Weapons Strategic Business Unit. Create and modify documentation for Test Readiness Reviews, Consent to Ship, and Test Data Review packages while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineers to develop schedules and track technical data readiness. Manage stakeholder and customer community presentations during design reviews and technical interchange meetings to ensure products work the first time. This onsite role in Tucson, AZ, requires an active Secret clearance and 8+ years of engineering experience in qualification and design verification testing.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience
- Experience with qualification and/or design verification testing
- Experience with build ups, integration and testing
- Experience leading teams
- Experience developing and completing documentation for test
- Experience developing and conducting milestone meetings
Desired Qualifications
- Collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines, such as electrical, electronics, mechanical, software, and computer engineering
- Experience evaluating requirements
