Principal Design Architect

Lead site master planning and long-term facility capacity strategy aligned with business growth and manufacturing network needs. Translate business strategy into scalable engineering and design solutions by defining User Requirement Specifications for ergonomics, productivity, and user wellbeing. Supervise project execution to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with cGMP, HSE, and regulatory standards while identifying and mitigating technical risks. Collaborate within a matrix organization with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Procurement to support supplier selection and contract awarding. Drive implementation of advanced technologies to optimize safety, quality, and cost efficiency, while capturing lessons learned to improve future projects. Act as Architecture design authority to govern global standards, define GMP-compliant facility layouts, and integrate sustainability principles. Represent the company with external authorities and promote intellectual property development.
