Job Summary
Lead one large or multiple smaller programs, acting as a trusted advisor to clients; drive delivery excellence and value outcomes using Agile and hybrid methods. Responsibilities include program delivery, delivery consulting, detailed project planning, budget management, risk management, client partnership, scope management, account growth, and mentoring a globally distributed team of digital experts. Requires deep expertise in CMS, CRM, CDP, Sitecore, and Salesforce; ability to advise C-suite stakeholders, oversee complex contracts, and apply Agile/Waterfall/hybrid approaches to achieve measurable outcomes and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience leading digital projects/programs
- Minimum 5 years agency/consultancy experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP)
- Experience and certifications in scaling Agile methodologies across an organization (e.g., SAFe) preferred
