Job Summary
Lead healthcare facility projects as principal-in-charge, overseeing profitability, client relationships, business development, and delivery of MEP design and coordination. Demons trate expert oversight of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in healthcare facilities and ensure compliance with healthcare codes and standards. Drive target-market strategy, secure new business through proposals and presentations, mentor and develop a high-performing MEP production team, manage fee proposals and contractual agreements, coordinate with Partners/Senior PMs, and supervise project staffing, invoicing, and documentation to deliver on time and within budget. Maintain strong client relationships, support regional and national Healthcare Practice goals, and ensure quality of work and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering in the state of Texas or ability to obtain licensure
- A college degree in mechanical, electrical, or architectural engineering with emphasis in HVAC, building electrical, or plumbing, or
- A minimum of 20 years of progressive healthcare facility project experience, including at least 6 years in a senior project management capacity, without a degree
