Job Summary
Lead a team of Data Scientists and Engineers to design, deploy, and scale AI/ML solutions for NVIDIA GeForce NOW, including real-time diagnostics, LLM chatbot, dynamic prescriptions, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics. Drive technical roadmap and architecture, collaborate with leadership and stakeholders, and translate domain knowledge into actionable insights to improve production services, capacity management, and end-user latency. Leverage Python, SQL, Spark, Databricks, ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow), and MLOps tooling to build scalable, real-time analytics pipelines, retention modeling, and outreach campaigns. Strong focus on forecasting, constraint optimization, and explainable AI for engineering productivity and customer outcomes, with a track record of leading large-scale data science projects and delivering impact across cloud computing and streaming platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s/PhD or equivalent experience in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research or related quantitative field
- 15+ years of software experience for large-scale and reliable production deployments
- 8+ years of proven experience in Statistics/AI/ML
- Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Java and modeling frameworks like Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow for large projects
- Experience with data storage and processing tools (e.g. Spark, Pandas, Delta Lake)
- Ability to drill into problems of running large scale software in a big network
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey data insights to non-technical and technical stakeholders
- Outstanding track record of successful past projects related to data science at scale
- Experience of User Retention Modeling, LLMs, Time Series Forecasting or Operations Research is a plus
