Job Summary
Lead AI engineering initiatives to develop and roll out industry-leading AI agents, tools, and systems for airline business domains, focusing on reliability, latency, and cost efficiency in production. Define and enforce reference architectures and standards for agent frameworks, tool APIs, prompt/version management, and deployment patterns; provide technical leadership and mentoring to the AI Engineering team; identify opportunities for competitive advantage through innovation and collaboration with business partners; leverage data science techniques to derive value-add insights and drive measurable impact.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in AI, Machine Learning, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- 5 years of experience using Python and/or Typescript to develop and implement machine learning/AI solutions
- 3 years of experience leading AI projects, either formally or informally
- Proven ability to build, cultivate and promote strong relationships with IT counterparts, business partners and external groups
