Job Summary
Design and manage enterprise data models to support information systems and data-driven solutions. Translate business needs into data models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure data quality and integrity. Lead data architecture initiatives, promote best practices, and mentor junior team members. Focus areas include enterprise data modeling strategy, cross-functional data models, Data Vault 2.0 adoption, data governance and standardization, data quality, and integration of diverse data sources. Provide thought leadership in data architecture, align modeling practices with business goals and technology roadmaps, lead governance initiatives, and represent the organization in data modeling communities and forums.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise data modeling
- Strong data governance and metadata management
- Mentorship/leadership of data modeling teams
- Knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 and modern data architecture practices
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable data models and architectures
