Job Summary
Lead the design, integration, and sustainment of complex enterprise dataflow architectures supporting mission-critical analytics across secure cloud and distributed environments. Oversee high-availability Linux and Cloudera Hadoop infrastructures; engineer end-to-end dataflow solutions using Niagarafiles and XKS with attention to schema compatibility, metadata integrity, and data governance. Develop monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation strategies (cron scripting, logging, instrumentation) to improve system continuity and performance. Provide technical leadership for DevOps and Agile/Scrum initiatives, coordinate across engineering, operations, analytics, and stakeholders to deploy scalable dataflow capabilities, and ensure compliance with enterprise security and data handling policies. Coordinate production deployment, SOPs, and transition of systems to enterprise-wide mission objectives through scalable, resilient dataflow solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline; twenty (20) years of systems engineering experience.
