Lead data center operations across sites, drive performance analyses, monitor facility health, and implement significant process improvements. Partner across functions and regions to resolve on-the-ground incidents, manage escalated technical issues, and utilize automation and monitoring tools to mitigate risks. Maintain knowledge bases, conduct root cause analyses to improve operations, oversee region builds/expansions, coordinate installations/repairs/inventory/logistics, and direct component upgrades and infrastructure changes to optimize data center efficiency and stability.
