Principal Data Center Facilities Development Manager

Lead data center construction for colocation providers, ensuring projects complete on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Create, review, and maintain documentation including design reviews, commissioning, and problem-solving papers. Implement quality control processes to align construction activities with design specifications and industry standards. Conduct detailed site walks, lead startup and commissioning phases, and serve as the primary point of contact between the company and colocation providers. Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance and performance. Oversee installation of power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems while identifying gaps in risk identification and developing tailored mitigation solutions.
