Principal Data Center Delivery Program Manager

Lead construction of data centers by colocation providers, ensuring projects complete on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Create, review, and maintain documentation including design reviews, commissioning, and problem-solving papers. Implement quality control processes to verify construction activities meet design specifications and industry standards. Conduct detailed site walks and lead startup and commissioning phases of major projects. Identify gaps in risk identification and mitigation, developing tailored solutions. Serve as the primary contact between the company and colocation providers while selecting, negotiating, and managing vendor contracts. Oversee installation of power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems to ensure alignment with approved plans.
